Our datacenter has a complete power management system, including backup generators, in the unlikely event that normal power supplies fail. Auxiliary power maintains servers and well as security services, ventilation, air conditioning, monitoring and light.

We have taken every possible step in the design and management of our system to ensure full redundancy and no single point of failure. High availability and business continuity are one of our primary concerns.

All data are backed up to tape at each data center, on a rotating schedule of incremental and full backups. The backups are cloned over secure links to a secure tape archive. Tapes are not transported offsite and are securely destroyed when retired.

Our network speed and capacity eliminate bandwidth traffic jams and roadblocks to assure high volume, and instantaneous response. By using multiple Tier 1 telecom providers and direct Internet connections, we bypass transit networks and shorten the network path to deliver our online services. BQT conducts near real-time data replication between the production data center and the disaster recovery center. Data are transmitted across encrypted links. Disaster recovery tests verify our projected recovery times and the integrity of the customer and business partner data.

Our datacenter has humidity and temperature control, redundant (N+1) cooling systems and fire detection & suppression mechanisms.
